Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund. However, cancellations are not possible once the item has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must remain unused, in their original condition, and be returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. Please refrain from returning the item to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees will only be charged once (including returns), and we do not apply restocking charges to consumers.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you a confirmation and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn’t shown up, start by double-checking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
